Pricing

From $29 a month per workspace.

You pay per workspace, by how many emails you send. Paid plans include a pool of drafts, so you can start without connecting anything. Past that, bring your own model key or run a model on your own machine. We never take a margin on tokens.

MastroSDR is built for sending to US businesses. Any recipient it can place in the UK or the EU is refused at the moment you hit send. Canada goes through only when the prospect records the page on their own site where the address was published, which is what Canadian law counts as consent.

The emails, companies and contacts on each card are limits. When you reach one, we stop and tell you. We never bill you extra.

Done for you

Managed

$2,000per month

You want the outcome and you do not want to learn any of this.

An SDR costs sixty to eighty thousand a year, takes a quarter to ramp, and needs managing. This is a fraction of that, starts in a week, and manages itself.

  • We build the whole thing

The targeting, the offer, the sequences and the follow-ups. The mailbox, the DNS records and the warmup. You do not touch any of it.

  • We read the numbers every week

What landed, what did not, and what changes because of it. The same diagnosis the product runs, with somebody acting on it.

  • You still approve what goes out

Nothing is sent in your name that you have not seen. Managed does not mean handed over.

  • A named person, not a shared inbox

You know who runs your account and you can reach them. We take a handful at a time because each one is a person's week.

Book a callTwenty minutes. We tell you on the call whether this is worth it for you, and we take a handful at a time because each one involves a person.

Questions

What people ask before they pay.

Do I pay you for AI usage?

Paid plans include a pool of drafts so you can start without setting anything up: 250 a month on Agent, 2,000 on Growth, 4,000 a block on Scale. Past that, connect your own provider key and they bill you directly at their rates. We never take a margin on tokens. One thing worth knowing: drafts from the included pool run on our provider account. If you would rather your prospect data only ever went through your own, connect a key and that is used instead.

What is actually included in Managed?

A person. We build the list with you on a call, then write the emails, the follow-ups and the offer. We set up the mailbox, its DNS records and the warmup. Every week we review what is landing and change it. You still approve what goes out. It costs a fraction of the hire it replaces, and we take a handful at a time because it involves somebody's actual attention.

What happens if I go over a limit?

We stop the action and tell you which limit it hit. We never bill you extra. Every plan limits the emails sent and new companies found each month, and the contacts you hold, and each number is on the card. On Scale you can add a block from Billing at any time, and the new limits apply as soon as it is paid for.

Is there a cap on how many prospects I can keep?

Yes: 5,000 contacts at a time on Agent, 25,000 on Growth and 1,000,000 on Scale. Pasting or uploading a list you already own never uses the monthly search allowance.

What if I cancel?

Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Your data stays, and you can export it.

How much can one mailbox send a day?

50 a day per mailbox, which a new mailbox climbs to from 10 over 21 days. That ceiling is enforced in code rather than as a default, so no number anybody types raises it, and MastroSDR never exceeds what your provider allows either. More throughput comes from another mailbox: 100 a day is two, 400 a day is eight, on 3 domains. Agent and Growth also have the monthly email count on their card.

Is the API included on every plan?

Yes. API keys, scopes and the OpenAPI spec are included on every plan.

Is the activity log a paid feature?

No. Every plan gets the full audit trail of who did what. Charging for a security record is the wrong way round.

Do you send email for me?

Only from a sending domain MastroSDR set up for you, or a mailbox you connected and signed into yourself. On a new workspace every email waits in Emails, under To review, until you press Send. The ways past that are explicit: Autopilot, recorded with who turned it on, or an API key you created with sending ticked.
